Mountain Wellness Centre
Situated in the Faqra mountain region of Beirut, Oakridge is a unique natural wellness retreat.
The landscape proposals for the luxury residences at Oakridge Estate worked closely with the existing site and topography to afford magnificent views across the lower valleys. Careful attention was paid to ensure the existing levels worked in partnership with the plot masterplanning to create a hillside development that appears to rise organically from the hillside.
Clusters of residences were centred around communal gardens and pools, with private terraces capitalising on the unspoilt views below. The site cumulates with a selection of luxurious villas perched on top of the cliff top with cantilevered pools and natural garden terraces.
