A landscape masterplan proposed in coordination with KPF for a new luxury residential development on the edge of the city centre. A central landscape park was created with verdant shaded paths, informal leisure areas and playgrounds, with supporting clubhouse and sports facilities. The approach to each tower was through an exclusive garden square which created a special address and sense of arrival.  The garden estate creates a large communal green space of over 16 hectares.
