The 40ha hillside site in the south of Cyprus affords stunning views across the valley with dramatic distant views to the Mediterranean Sea. Following a period of design charettes a design rationale was developed for the siting of the residential villas so that they closely followed the unique topography of the area to maximise views and to minimise the impact upon the existing hillside landscape. A comprehensive design strategy complemented the proposals to be developed by the local team as per the project phasing.
